Usage Flow

2. Click "New Meeting" button
3. Configure meeting settings:
   - Enable waiting room
   - Set recording preference
4. Click "Start Meeting"

  • Remove unwanted participants

Joining Meetings

Via Meeting Link

  1. Click shared meeting link
  2. Enter your name and institution
  3. Enable camera/microphone when prompted
  4. Click "Join Meeting"

Via Meeting ID

  1. Visit the shared link
  2. Enter meeting ID
  3. Authenticate with ASFIScholar credentials
  4. Click "Join Now"

Troubleshooting

Issue Solution
Can't access meeting Verify link is correct and meeting hasn't ended
Audio/video not working Check browser permissions and device connections

  1. click Upload Posters
  2. Upload your posters
  3. Upload PDF (max 50MB)
  4. Set poster metadata:
    • Title
    • Authors
    • Abstract

Poster Viewing Features

  • Zoom to 400% for detail viewing
  • Section-specific comments
  • Download high-res version

Multi-poster sessions Host up to 50 posters in a single virtual hall
